I am a Registered Massage Therapist. Originally from Ottawa, ON, I received my Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy with Honours from Algonquin College in 2022. I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I have created a space that is warm, inviting, and free of judgement. My treatment style is described as both relaxing while also therapeutic. I believe that every person is unique and I reflect this in my approach to every appointment. I am currently accepting new clients with daytime (before 4pm) availability. I provide massage therapy for  infants, children, pregnancy, and all other life stages.  I believe in providing personalized attention to each and every client. I take the time to understand your unique concerns and goals, allowing me to tailor my massage therapy techniques to meet your specific needs. Whether you are needing to improve your wellbeing or recover after an injury, I can assist you in reaching your health goals.

 

​I believe massage therapy can be a fundamentally important aspect of someones health and well being. Massage therapy is an ever growing profession and provides so many different avenues of expertise. I am proud to call myself a regulated health care professional and am looking forward to helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals. I love learning hope to improve my knowledge as I grow in this profession. I am passionate about advocating for your health care and ensuring that you are heard. My practice goals and mindset are inviting, compassionate and transparent. I ensure that my clients feel aware and are included in their health journey, whatever the goal may be. My future goals include working more with infants and furthering my education on trauma informed care.

When I am not managing my clinic or being an RMT, I enjoy playing boardgames, painting, spending time outside with my fur children (see below to learn more about them), and gardening.
